To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable forest bathing session, we recommend a few simple preparations. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, as we will be outdoors for the duration. Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, and consider applying insect repellent and sunscreen before you arrive. An optional sit pad can enhance your comfort during quiet moments in nature. We aim for you to feel ready and relaxed to fully embrace the experience.
